How to merge cells in excel

How to merge cells in excel, if you dont know. I will help you. This process is very basic. You should follow to my example.

 

Note: you as see my excel language is turkish thats way my button name is "Birleştir ve Ortala". That's why, dont worry. Because -> "birleştir ve ortala" = "merge and center"  

 

For example;

you want to "A1:E1" merge. for this , first You should select A1:E1 cells.
 

After you should press "Merge and Center" button.
